Match the battery charges so every battery only has 1 color.

Do so by clicking on a battery and moving like-charges to another battery.

Universal mode: You are allowed to move like-charges across any battery - no restrictions.

Similar mode:  You can only move like-charges to another battery if its empty or if the battery's top charge is the same color.
